Sales Representative – Furniture Showroom

About the role

CoreHR Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join its furniture showroom in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and online enquiries, helping them select the right products and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers warmly and guide them through the furniture and wood product range.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and in‑person.
• Close sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
• Record every customer interaction in the company CRM on site.
• Maintain a clean, organized and attractive showroom display.
• Coordinate with the Storekeeper to verify product availability and arrange deliveries.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or BSc in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing retail, showroom, hospitality or sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a premium brand.
• Honest, trustworthy and accountable with customer data.
• Reliable, punctual and respectful of handover procedures.

Required skills

• WhatsApp usage for business communication.
• Basic CRM tools for data entry and management.
