Sales Representative / Front Desk Personnel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who will also manage front‑desk duties at our fashion retail store in Port Harcourt. The role combines customer‑facing sales activities with administrative responsibilities to ensure a smooth and welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product enquiries.
• Promote and sell fashion items, processing orders and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Handle front‑desk tasks including phone calls, customer complaints and daily correspondence.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise displays, ensuring the store remains tidy and attractive.
• Support inventory tracking, stock management and preparation of daily sales reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least two years of experience in sales, customer service or front‑desk roles (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance, honesty and a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Residence near Woji, Port Harcourt is an advantage.
