Sales Promotion Representative

About the role

The Sales Promotion Representative will actively promote Castel Resources’ products and services to prospective customers in Port Harcourt and surrounding areas. You will generate leads, convert prospects, and build lasting relationships while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approach potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and respond to enquiries.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up with existing customers to close sales and encourage repeat business.
• Represent the company professionally at all times and perform other sales‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Confident, presentable, hardworking, energetic and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the assigned sales area is an advantage.
• Available to start promptly.
