Sales Representative – Beauty & Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote Paris Rose Cosmetics’ beauty and personal‑care range across Lagos. The role involves building relationships with retailers, distributors and end‑customers, and driving product sales in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare and related products to beauty stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, salons and individual customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and acquire fresh accounts within the assigned territory.
• Visit existing customers regularly to take orders, introduce new launches and monitor stock levels.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and report results daily/weekly.
• Maintain attractive product displays and support merchandising at client locations.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel within the Lagos territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
