Sales Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Relationship Officer to acquire new customers, build lasting relationships, and drive sales of investment, loan, and savings products. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Promote investment, loan, and savings products, clearly explaining features, charges, terms, and risks.
• Achieve sales, acquisition, and retention targets and maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline.
• Support onboarding, loan applications, and documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, respond promptly to enquiries, and escalate complaints as needed.
• Submit regular sales reports and share market insights.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Previous experience selling investment, loan and savings products in a financial services organisation.
• Proven ability to acquire customers, build relationships and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).
• Experience with CRM tools.
