Sales Personnel – Multiple Locations in Nigeria

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking energetic Sales Personnel to promote and sell its property development services across several Nigerian cities. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them make informed property decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Promote and sell the company’s property products and services.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain benefits to customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
