About the role
The Sales Order Analyst will support the sales and production teams by accurately processing orders, analysing data trends, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze sales order data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for informed decision‑making.
- Enter sales orders accurately into the database while maintaining data integrity.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, finance and operations teams to monitor order progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure customer orders are complete and delivered on schedule.
- Drive process‑improvement initiatives by spotting optimisation opportunities and implementing solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- Recent completion of the NYSC program.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.

- Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
