About the role

eRecruiter is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a Sales Operations Executive for a technology partner based in Lagos, Nigeria. The role covers CRM maintenance, reporting, order-to-cash coordination and liaison with OEMs.

Key responsibilities

Maintain CRM data accuracy and user access
Generate daily and monthly sales reports and dashboards
Track key metrics such as quota attainment and pipeline velocity
Streamline order fulfillment and quote-to-cash processes
Train sales reps on internal software and operational workflows
Coordinate with marketing and finance, and liaise with OEMs while monitoring OEM porters
Log orders on OEM porters and track ETAs
Maintain a healthy pricelist and track stock
Monitor partner debt profiles and follow up on recoveries

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Experience in sales support or operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong team player

Required skills

Strong command of CRM software (e.g. D365)
Excellent spreadsheet and data analysis abilities
