Sales Merchandiser

About the role

The Sales Merchandiser will promote Flexi MFB’s loan products in assigned markets, creating awareness and generating qualified leads. You will work directly with prospective customers, educate them on loan solutions, and support the application process to achieve loan disbursement targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential customers in markets, shops, and business areas.
• Educate customers on available loan products and their benefits.
• Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding procedures.
• Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in the field (markets, shops, business areas).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resident of Lagos, Calabar, Onitsha, Enugu, Ekiti or Ogun.
