Sales & Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Jacaranda Homes is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Abuja team. You will be the front‑line representative for our residential projects, turning inquiries into satisfied homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Jacaranda Homes’ properties through various channels and generate qualified leads.
• Engage walk‑in and online prospects, deliver compelling sales presentations and follow‑up to close deals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.
• Support marketing campaigns by creating promotional material, participating in events and open houses, and ensuring consistent branding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing messages.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience training peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Sales management experience such as planning activities, setting targets and monitoring results.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property sales is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abuja and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is beneficial.
