Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

ABLXTRADE is seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement and retention across its multi‑currency fintech platform. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑backed campaigns that turn prospects into active users and keep existing customers active.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across digital channels, optimizing the funnel from prospect to active user.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, retargeting and conversion‑focused funnels.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, landing pages and offers to improve performance.
• Monitor acquisition costs, conversion rates and ROI, and adjust budgets based on results.
• Create and manage email marketing programmes, segmenting audiences by behaviour and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad concepts that drive conversions.
• Identify growth opportunities for both ABLX Trade and client campaigns, online and offline.
