Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across individual, business, and fleet segments. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering a mix of on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and adjust initiatives based on data and market feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with OEMs, insurers and fleet operators.
• Provide the sales team with tools, materials and insights that support revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations and customer support teams to ensure a consistent brand message.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing expertise, including go‑to‑market strategy development and campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and online customer acquisition.
• Strong ability to conduct market research, analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in automotive, mobility, logistics or related technology sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, both on‑site in Lagos and remotely.
