Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

Cafers is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategies for its AI‑powered, blockchain‑based agricultural trade platform. This full‑time hybrid role will combine sales pipeline management with multi‑channel marketing to drive platform adoption across farmers, aggregators, distributors and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans, campaigns and events to increase user acquisition.
• Generate and nurture leads, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
• Conduct market research, segment customers and refine value propositions for the agritech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, operations and technology teams to align messaging and launch new features.
• Set, track and report on sales and marketing KPIs, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Represent Cafers at industry webinars, conferences and partner meetings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development or account management with revenue targets met or exceeded.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning, preferably in tech, SaaS or agritech.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Agriculture or related field.
