Sales & Marketing Field Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Field Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Ibadan, representing Sellismart’s POS/ERP SaaS platform to Nigerian SMEs. The role involves walk‑in marketing, onboarding new businesses, delivering product demos and managing the CRM pipeline to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present Sellismart’s solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and onboard new clients.
• Manage and update the CRM pipeline from prospecting through closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly growth targets with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience.
• BSc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of retail, POS or ERP software is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter able to work independently.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Ibadan.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between N200,000 and N300,000 per month, based on experience.
