Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our real‑estate portfolio in Enugu. You will generate new leads, guide prospects through property viewings and close sales while representing Havana Group of Companies professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell residential and commercial properties through field marketing, networking, referrals and social media.
• Identify and qualify prospective buyers, understand their needs and recommend suitable listings.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors and referral partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales, field sales or business development (advantageous).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the field and attend property inspections.
• Knowledge of the Enugu real‑estate market and an existing network of potential buyers is a plus.
