Sales Manager

About the role

Sagmotor Nigeria Company Ltd is hiring a Sales Manager in Sagamu, Ogun State, in the retail, fashion and FMCG sector. The role covers identifying customers, visiting them to promote products and build business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and gather relevant market information.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to introduce products, promote sales and develop business relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities, customer visits and key business developments.
• Identify market opportunities and give feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in sales management, distribution or a related field.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Good physical health and willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Strong organisational skills, accountability and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Remuneration is NGN 250,000 to 400,000 per month. Interested and qualified candidates should submit their application and CV.
