Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive sales of The Grove Bwari by building and nurturing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate investors and referral partners. This role combines prospecting, client presentation, negotiation and after‑sales support to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, corporate clients and referral partners through networking, outreach and referrals.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Maintain trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate decision‑makers, understanding their investment objectives.
• Present The Grove Bwari’s vision, organize investor meetings, property inspections and follow‑up engagements.
• Develop business opportunities through professional associations, corporate networks and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to convert inquiries into sales and provide market feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records, transaction updates, sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a client‑facing commercial role such as banking, financial services, sales, business development, consulting, real estate or hospitality.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities, manage high‑value clients, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong professional network and confidence engaging senior executives, investors and corporate organisations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Self‑directed, target‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leads and client engagements.
• Based in Abuja and available for client meetings and property visits.
