Sales Manager

About the role

Arab Space Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its premium property portfolio in Lagos. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, develop market strategies, and nurture key relationships with developers, investors, and high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor team performance, intervene early on issues, and produce regular forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Identify and scout premium residential, commercial, and investment properties for portfolio expansion.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with developers, landlords, investors, and estate managers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end pipeline management, ensuring leads are logged, allocated fairly, and conversion rates are optimized.
• Maintain direct relationships with top‑value clients, support complex negotiations, and attend strategic property inspections.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor freelance realtors, fostering collaboration between freelancers and internal staff.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular coaching, and support the appraisal process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in real estate or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong market knowledge of Lagos real‑estate trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including freelancers and internal consultants.
