Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Client Acquisition Specialist will drive growth by identifying and securing new buyers for residential and investment properties. This role combines proactive lead generation with relationship management to meet revenue targets in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients interested in purchasing residential, investment and other real‑estate offerings.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, field prospecting and other sales channels.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site inspections and follow‑ups to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Negotiate sales terms, close deals and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain an updated CRM database of prospects, leads and client interactions, and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Estate Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client acquisition, business development or real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially aware, proactive, target‑driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
