About the role
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead Ntamiops Consulting Services' real estate operations in Lagos. The role oversees strategy, growth, and overall business performance while driving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall business strategy, growth targets, and revenue performance.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and administration across departments.
- Build and manage a high‑performing team.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure sound financial planning, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
- Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in senior business management and operations, with real‑estate/property industry experience.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and leading teams to hit targets.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder/client‑facing communication skills.
