Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive market penetration and product distribution for our beverage portfolio across Anambra State. This full‑time position focuses on acquiring high‑tier distributors, managing B2B relationships and ensuring compliance with the company’s cash‑flow policy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard premium distributors and feeder partners using structured pricing models.
• Maintain daily commercial interactions with supermarket procurement managers, wellness shops and wholesale networks.
• Enforce the pre‑paid only cash‑flow policy and verify corporate financial clearance before product allocation.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly carton sales volume targets for beverage products.
• Collect real‑time market intelligence on competitor pricing, consumer preferences and distribution challenges and report to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, beverage or pharmaceutical sectors within Nigeria.
• Proven network of active distributors and retail contacts in Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi or other key locations in South‑East Nigeria.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑building abilities.
• ON​D in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture or related field.
• High mobility, energy and deep familiarity with the commercial geography of Anambra State.
