About the role

DASTOLL BUSINESS OPERATIONS LIMITED is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its fuel delivery sales team in Ikeja. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the diesel and petroleum market.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with operations and logistics to guarantee on‑time fuel delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Recommend tactics to increase market share and improve sales processes.
• Conduct sales training sessions and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fuel, logistics, energy or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, team supervision and coaching abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, prepare accurate reports and use insights for decision‑making.
• Good understanding of the local market dynamics in Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• High level of integrity, reliability and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
• Competence in standard office software for reporting and pipeline management.
