Sales Manager – 3W Spare Parts & Engine Oil (Field Sales)

About the role

The company is a leading multinational trading and industrial solutions provider seeking a field‑focused Sales Manager for 3‑wheel (Keke) spare parts and engine oil. You will be responsible for driving secondary sales, expanding the dealer network and ensuring genuine parts reach end‑customers across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual spare‑parts sales targets for the territory.
• Work closely with distributors, retailers, mechanics and sub‑stockists to improve parts off‑take and availability.
• Identify untapped towns and villages, expand the retailer network and conduct market mapping.
• Promote the right product mix, support liquidation of slow‑moving parts and implement commercial policies and incentive programmes.
• Organise mechanic meets, retailer meets, van campaigns and road shows to raise genuine‑parts awareness.
• Manage credit and collections, maintain healthy outstanding balances and adhere to credit norms.
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, demand trends and counterfeit parts.
• Maintain accurate daily visit plans, order capture and sales tracking through DMS/CRM.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of experience in spare‑parts or field sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with distributors, retailers and mechanics.
• Ability to analyse market data and generate business intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DMS and CRM systems for reporting and order management.
