Sales Lead

About the role

The Sales Lead will head the sales team in Lagos, driving revenue growth for a fast‑expanding real‑estate business. You will design and execute sales strategies, mentor the team, and collaborate closely with senior management to achieve ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies.
• Supervise lead follow‑up, drive closures, and improve conversion rates.
• Train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable.
• Build strategic partnerships with agents, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Enhance customer acquisition processes and support company expansion plans.

Required profile

• HND/BSc degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a strong advantage.
• Ability to design scalable systems and processes.
