Sales Executive (Technical Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across Lagos, Abuja, Anambra and Port Harcourt. The role combines front‑line sales activities with technical product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality sales leads through visits, cold calls and follow‑ups, and secure new and renewal orders.
• Negotiate pricing, complete sales transactions and coordinate product deliveries.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products and services.
• Discuss equipment and system requirements with customers and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
• Research and adapt products to meet technical specifications and customer needs.
• Assist customers with post‑installation issues and recommend upgrades.
• Collect client feedback, analyse data and help shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Train fellow sales staff on technical aspects of the product portfolio.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Background in engineering, chemistry or chemical engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent problem‑solving and leadership skills.
