Customer Experience and Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience and Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, manage leads from initial contact through closing, and build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, calls, social media, and other sales channels.
• Manage leads from initial contact through follow‑up, negotiation, conversion and closing of sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business.
• Identify and maximise opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling and account growth.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with prospects, existing and inactive customers to increase conversions.
• Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products or services and provide a professional sales experience.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and pipeline records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and fulfil sales commitments.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship or account management.
• Demonstrable experience working with sales targets and achieving results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident in approaching and engaging prospective customers.
• Strong follow‑up and lead‑conversion capabilities.
• Commercially aware, results‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
