Sales Executive – Scientific & Laboratory Equipment

About the role

Esco Lifesciences Group is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow its Scientific Business Unit within the Life Sciences sector. You will support sales activities across a defined territory, building strong customer relationships and contributing to revenue growth for scientific and laboratory equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales of scientific and laboratory equipment for research, academic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial markets.
• Engage customers through site visits, product demonstrations, and seminars to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on new business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
• Assist senior sales team members from lead generation through order placement, including quotations and tenders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, opportunity status, and basic sales reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the life‑science industry.
• Laboratory experience with standard equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, or fume hoods is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
