Sales Executive - Power & Energy Solutions

About the role

Crown Micro Global, which supplies power and energy solutions such as solar PV panels, inverters, VFDs, UPS and lithium energy storage, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Lagos. The role identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, builds a pipeline of prospects and drives sales to residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build and manage a pipeline of prospects
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners and provide after-sales follow-up
• Gather market intelligence and report regularly on sales activities, forecasts and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams on accurate order processing and timely delivery
• Take part in industry events and training to stay current with energy solutions and technologies

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in power, energy, solar, electrical or related technical industries, able to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Strong customer relationship management, networking and account management skills
• Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver clear presentations and handle contract discussions professionally
• Ability to analyse customer needs and match solutions to residential, commercial or industrial applications
• Comfort with fieldwork and on-site visits, including market research and competitive analysis
