Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you will help drive market growth and strengthen the brand's presence across retail, wholesale and on-trade/off-trade channels. This is an entry-level, full-time role based in Lagos, suited to people who want to build a solid foundation in sales and business development. You will meet monthly and annual sales, revenue and distribution targets, find new business opportunities in your territory and present proposals to management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume, revenue and distribution targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory and present data-driven proposals to management.
• Expand product availability across retail, wholesale and on-trade/off-trade channels.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend effective strategies to maintain market advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key partners.
• Visit customers regularly to ensure engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer complaints, service issues and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
