Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive real estate investment sales for RIPARO Nigeria Limited, engaging prospective clients and guiding them through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and represent the company at events, site visits, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of converting leads and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and explain investment options clearly.
• Solid customer service and client management focus, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple prospects, site visits, and documentation.
• Relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or related sales roles is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic marketing and presentation skills to support campaigns and promote offerings.
• Familiarity with the Ilorin real estate market.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems.
