Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales for Dewale Consulting Ltd in Lagos. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing real‑estate transactions while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads.
• Prospect for potential clients through calls, networking, social media and other channels.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present the company’s properties and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and client meetings where required.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of deals.
• Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Keep up‑to‑date records of prospects and clients.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
