Customer Care Personnel

About the role

Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Care Personnel to join its team in Ajah, Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering accurate information and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the property journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media, providing detailed information on properties, services, and offers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow‑ups, and complaints in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager and work towards timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent and up‑to‑date communication.
• Monitor social‑media comments, identify recurring concerns, and feed insights back to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations or a similar front‑desk role.
• Experience in real‑estate, hospitality, banking or other customer‑facing industries is an advantage.
• Residency in Ajah or reliable access to the area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and email platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems for tracking enquiries.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
