Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers and nurturing relationships for CDLP HUB Ltd’s IT and telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT and telecom products and services.
• Prospect, engage and convert potential clients through visits, digital channels, referrals and networking.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with individual, SME and corporate customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM or other tracking tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer experience and technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates and market intelligence to management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events and business engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in IT, technology, telecommunications or digital services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with good time‑management.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
