On‑field Female Sales Agent (Ibadan)

About the role

We are looking for result‑driven female sales agents to promote our products, engage customers and support onboarding in Ibadan. The role involves on‑field marketing activities on a part‑time basis, two days per week, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct interaction with customers and can work independently in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to define target audiences and pinpoint high‑potential locations for outreach.
• Execute on‑field marketing activities twice a week (approximately eight days per month), representing the brand in designated neighborhoods.
• Achieve a minimum of 100 active referrals or successful customer onboardings each month through proactive engagement.
• Gather and record lead information, including contact details, to feed the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Female candidates only.
• Residence within the Ibadan main axis (e.g., Akala Express, Challenge, Orita, University of Ibadan, Kuola).
• Availability for on‑field marketing on the agreed schedule (two days per week).

What we offer

• Monthly remuneration of ₦100,000, payable at month‑end.
