Sales Executive – Forex & Crypto Trading

About the role

BtcDana, a fast‑growing global fintech platform, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand its client base for Forex and cryptocurrency trading services. You will work in a performance‑driven environment, helping investors discover and use our trading products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard new clients interested in Forex and cryptocurrency trading.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, promotions and market opportunities.
• Track leads, convert prospects into active traders and record activities in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition within FinTech, Forex brokerage, financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of Forex, cryptocurrency and broader financial markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
