Sales Executive (B2C) – Fintech Trading Platform

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive based in Lagos to acquire new clients and build long‑term relationships for our global fintech trading platform. You will introduce our financial trading products, educate prospects, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard new clients for fintech trading services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Educate clients on platform features, services and promotional opportunities.
• Systematically follow up leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and explore new business opportunities.
• Record client communications and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and align with management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a good client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo is a strong plus.
• 2 + years of sales or business development experience (fintech experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• Must have a personal laptop.
