Sales & Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

BridgeGap Media is looking for a proactive Sales & Digital Marketing Lead to drive outbound prospecting and manage paid media campaigns. You will be the engine behind the company’s pipeline, combining cold‑calling with hands‑on digital advertising to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call prospects, conduct LinkedIn and email outreach, and qualify interest.
• Book discovery calls for the director and maintain accurate pipeline records in GoHighLevel CRM.
• Build, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Create and optimise GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, and email automations.
• Generate inbound and outbound leads through targeted digital strategies.
• Manage BridgeGap Media’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience.
• Excellent spoken English – clear, fluent, and professional.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Strong written communication for outreach and follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Desirable: GoHighLevel experience, LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g., Prosp), AI content tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly), background in a creative or video‑production agency.
