Sales Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to join Arab Space Nigeria Limited in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving property sales, generating qualified leads and building lasting client relationships in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital engagement and cold calling.
• Match clients to properties that fit their budget and goals, and negotiate deals that protect both client and company interests.
• Identify new listing opportunities, build relationships with developers, landlords and owners, and scout premium residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Maintain a personal client database, follow up on assigned leads promptly and bring self‑sourced leads.
• Conduct property inspections, present features and investment potential, record client feedback and escalate complex issues.
• Keep accurate records in the Lead Register, submit reports on time and safeguard confidential information.
• Collaborate with freelance Realtors, share knowledge and participate in training sessions.
• Provide post‑sale support, follow up with clients, request referrals and testimonials.
• Participate in internal training and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships.
