Sales Consultant – Medical Referral Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join Shucon MedAI’s patient referral team. You will act as a bridge between patients in Africa and high‑quality, affordable medical treatment options in India, helping them navigate the entire journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential patients who could benefit from treatment abroad.
• Educate patients and their families about available medical options and procedures.
• Coordinate case evaluation with our patient‑care team and assist with documentation.
• Maintain pre‑travel communication and support throughout the treatment process.
• Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare professionals, clinics, community organisations and referral networks across African markets.

Required profile

• Strong local network and excellent communication abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare, insurance, medical tourism, travel, sales or related fields.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional conduct.
• Passion for helping patients access quality healthcare.
