Sales & Business Development Manager – Healthcare Financing

About the role

Rigo is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth of its financing solutions within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers, tailoring financing options to meet their specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector who could benefit from Rigo's financing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and relevant organisations.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financing requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow‑up and effective communication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in an MFB sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and proactive in prospecting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
