About the role

Righthome, a property platform dedicated to providing verified home listings, is looking for a Sales Business Development Executive to join its Abuja office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving growth, expanding the network of verified listings, and generating revenue through new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with real‑estate companies, agents, and partners.
• Conduct market research and develop sales strategies tailored to the Nigerian property market.
• Deliver presentations, pitches, and negotiate partnership and service agreements.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Represent Righthome at industry events, meetings, and networking functions.
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform service improvements.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in sales or business development.
• Experience in partnership or account management within the real‑estate sector is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including market research and sales reporting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abuja, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian property market and regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to ethical practices, customer‑centric service, and continuous improvement.
