Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to promote and sell our range of herbal drinks and related products. You will work directly with retail outlets, distributors and individual customers to grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's herbal drinks and related products to retail outlets, distributors, and individual customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Visit customers regularly to ensure products are well displayed and available.
• Take customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist in debt collection and ensure timely payment from customers where applicable.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE (Secondary School Certificate).
• 0‑1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
