Sales Assistant – Poultry Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our poultry support services store in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking drugs, vaccines, feed additives and farm equipment, helping them make the right purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate poultry products.
• Process sales transactions, prepare invoices and handle payments.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock and assist with replenishment.
• Keep the store tidy, organized and well‑stocked.
• Respond to enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Provide basic technical support and product information to livestock owners.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers.

Required profile

• HND in agriculture, animal science, agricultural economics, agricultural extension, veterinary technology or related field.
• Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Resides in Agege or nearby areas (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Honest, responsible and customer‑focused.
