Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to operate the POS system, handle customer payments, and deliver excellent service in our professional pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system accurately and process cash, transfer and card payments.
• Issue receipts, balance cash and transactions at the end of each shift.
• Welcome customers politely, manage queues and direct medication inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Ensure correct pricing and quantities during checkout and report any issues.
• Support basic stock reconciliation and maintain accurate transaction records.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification with good numeracy and cash‑handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and good communication abilities.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
• Residence in or around Ogba, Agege, Ikeja or surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
