Sales and Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

About the role

GestPoint Nigeria Limited, a fast-growing real estate company that helps Nigerians own property through strategic land investments and flexible payment plans, is hiring a Marketing & Sales Associate for its Ibadan office. The role is on-site and pays N100,000 plus commission and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through marketing, networking and referrals.
• Promote the company's real estate products and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on leads.
• Convert prospects into sales and achieve set sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and submit regular sales reports.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Sales experience is an advantage; real estate experience is a plus.
• Must live within close proximity to Ring Road, Ibadan.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and determined to close sales.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent driving skills are an added advantage.
