Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

OlasHub Holistic Healing and Counseling is a herbal brand focused on sexual health and overall well-being, offering herbal products and therapeutic services. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist in Abule Egba to promote its products and services, engage clients and drive sales growth through marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Promote herbal products and therapeutic services and engage prospective and existing clients
• Manage customer inquiries, provide product education and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and execute sales strategies and coordinate promotional activities
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the counseling and operations teams to keep a consistent brand message
• Support training initiatives for sales staff and identify new market opportunities

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, able to meet targets and turn leads into long-term customers
• Experience in sales management and training
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Abule Egba, with strong organization and time-management skills
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred
• Interest in or familiarity with herbal products, holistic healing or sexual health services is an advantage
