Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will join BoldBrick Smart Homes’ Abuja team to drive demand and revenue for its AI‑enabled residential communities. This full‑time, on‑site position involves engaging prospective buyers, presenting properties, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Create and contribute to training materials and sessions for the sales team.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and improve the buyer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in training or onboarding sales staff.
• Background in real estate, property development or technology‑driven products, preferably in the Abuja market.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital‑marketing knowledge.
• Organizational skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
