About the role

Elite Concept Homes and Construction Limited is a fast‑growing real estate and construction company operating in Abuja, Nigeria, serving residential, commercial, community, hospitality and education sectors. The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities, build client relationships and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, cold calls, events, and digital channels.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
