About the role

Join Brazen Properties Limited as a Sales Agent Intern, supporting the real‑estate sales team in Lagos. This role offers hands‑on exposure to property marketing, client interaction and the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior sales agents with prospecting and client engagement.
• Market and promote available properties to potential clients.
• Conduct follow‑ups via calls, messages and social media.
• Attend property inspections and site tours with clients.
• Assist in preparing simple sales reports and updates.
• Help maintain strong client relationships.
• Learn negotiation and closing techniques.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Neat, well‑groomed and professionally presented appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, proactive and eager to learn.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to interact politely and confidently with clients.
• Availability for weekend property tours when needed.
• Basic computer or social media proficiency is a plus.
