Sales Account Officer

About the role

The Sales Account Officer will drive sales performance across multiple sub‑regions, supporting the Commercial Head in strategic planning, execution and monitoring of sales initiatives. The role focuses on achieving targets, managing promotional activities and providing data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate sales targets to sub‑regions, ensuring overall business growth.
• Develop, implement and monitor strategies for new and existing SKUs.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and track performance against targets for all channels.
• Execute promotional activities and estimate revenue progress.
• Identify counter‑measures based on sales performance and attend regular planning meetings.
• Collaborate with regional managers to devise strategies that boost sales.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Strong data interpretation, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Residency in or around Ojodu, Akute, Ajuwon, Ogba, or Ikeja, Lagos State.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
